Orthodox Tabernacle
Monumental Orthodox tabernacle designed for the reverent reservation of the Holy Gifts upon the Holy Altar. Its substantial size and richly ornamented construction make it especially suitable for a larger church or cathedral.
The tabernacle is constructed with damask and velvet detailing on a wooden base. A large transparent pyramidal plexiglass cover protects the tabernacle while allowing it to remain fully visible. An enlarged opening in the front of the protective cover provides convenient access to the Holy Gifts without requiring the entire cover to be lifted. The cover is crowned with an ornate openwork fitting and cross.
