Orthodox Exaltation Cross with Wooden Stand – Carved Crucifix
This traditional Orthodox Exaltation Cross is designed for use during the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross and other liturgical services. The centerpiece features a carved wooden Russian Orthodox crucifix, accompanied by separate carved figures of the Most Holy Theotokos and Saint John the Theologian.
The cross and accompanying figures are carved from pear wood with a natural wax-tinted finish. They are mounted on an oval walnut wooden board, available with a rich burgundy velvet covering and decorative gold fringe, or without velvet.
The cross and figures are removable from the board, allowing the cross to be used separately for veneration and liturgical ceremonies.
Cross dimensions: 18 × 36 cm (approximately 7.1 × 14.2 inches).
Mounting board dimensions: 32 × 45 cm (approximately 12.6 × 17.7 inches).
