Holy Forefather Benjamin Orthodox Icon
Benjamin is the youngest son of Jacob and Rachel and is remembered by the Orthodox Church on the Sunday of the Holy Forefathers. At the death of his father Jacob he recieved this blessing, "Benjamin is a ravening wolf,in the morning he devours the prey,in the evening he snatches a share of the spoil." Genesis 49:27
