Original antique icon of Sts. Gourius, Samon and Abib
This icon of Sts. Gourius, Samon and Abib was painted in the late 19th century and is executed in an exceptionally high level of painting.  Tooled border, gilt and tooled background and, overall, in very good condition.  The panel itself is flat and complete with both spines on the reverse.  The original sales receipt came with this icon and was purchased at "Treasures of Imperial Russia, California", nearly 30 years ago, for $2200.00.  Â
